Super easy and delicious pancakes made with
1 egg
1 mashed banana
Pinch of salt (optional)
Handful of pumpkin seeds or nuts (optional)
Mix and pour onto hot, buttered griddle. So much better than my usual hard boiled egg and a banana breakfast! I top mine with plain yogurt, blueberries, and Barlean’s Total Omega Swirl 3-6-9 Supplement
Orange Cream flavor oil. It’s yummy!
