I began this blog in 2013 as an exercise in presence. How to go through the day doing all that is required and find the beauty in normal, old, beautiful life? It’s been ten years and all I know is that I am my most joyful and whole when I take the time to slow down, be in awe, smell the smells, taste the tastes, hear the sounds, and be fully in the life that is happening right here, right now.
